"For the Lord is a sun and shield; the Lord bestows favor and honor; no good thing does he withhold from those whose walk is blameless." Psalm 84:11
"I am God Almighty; walk before me and be blameless." Gen. 17:1
Devotion
When I look over the wretchedness of my flesh, I often wonder, How can I be used of you Lord? I desire with all my heart to be blameless and walk holy before God. But alas, this flesh that binds us causes me to fall.
How blessed we are that we have a Savior who died on the cross for such as us -- humans! God sees our hearts and our desire to serve Him. He sees our repentance and for this I am eternally grateful!
Prayer
Dear Lord:
Show me this day if there is anything that stands between you and I. Whether it is a personal sin or something I have done against my brother. Show me that I may repent and serve you according to your perfect will for my life.
Amen!
